热等静压技术（Hot Isostatic Pressing，简称HIP），是一种在高温和高压同时作用下，使物料经受等静压的工艺技术，它不仅用于粉末体的固结，并且可将传统粉末冶金工艺成型和烧结两步作业一并完成。此外，热等静压技术还可以用于工件的扩散粘结，铸件缺陷的消除，铸件致密化，复杂形状零件的制作及产品热处理等。

　　由于是在高温高压的共同作用下，被加工件的各向均衡受压。故加工产品的致密度高、均匀性好、性能优异。同时该技术具有生产周期短、工序少、能耗低、材料损耗小等特点。
