热等静压技术(Hot Isostatic Pressing,简称HIP),是一种在高温和高压同时作用下,使物料经受等静压的工艺技术,它不仅用于粉末体的固结,并且可将传统粉末冶金工艺成型和烧结两步作业一并完成。此外,热等静压技术还可以用于工件的扩散粘结,铸件缺陷的消除,铸件致密化,复杂形状零件的制作及产品热处理等。
由于是在高温高压的共同作用下,被加工件的各向均衡受压。故加工产品的致密度高、均匀性好、性能优异。同时该技术具有生产周期短、工序少、能耗低、材料损耗小等特点。
Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) is a process technology that subjects the material to isostatic pressing under the action of high temperature and high pressure. It is not only used for the consolidation of powders, but also can be used for traditional powders. The two-step operation of metallurgical process forming and sintering is completed. In addition, hot isostatic pressing technology can also be used for diffusion bonding of workpieces, elimination of casting defects, densification of castings, fabrication of complex shaped parts and heat treatment of products.
Due to the combination of high temperature and high pressure, the direction of the workpiece is balanced and pressurized. Therefore, the processed product has high density, uniformity and excellent performance. At the same time, the technology has the characteristics of short production cycle, low process, low energy consumption and small material loss.
